"Got a nose boil after waxing. Seems like everytime I wax my nostrils, it causes a boil. Have switched to nose hair trimmers. They took at least a week to heal up. Sometimes longer. Very painful."

"Went in for another colonoscopy today. I’m 42 and have known serrated polyposis syndrome, with a family history as well. I’ve had a few colonoscopies before, and previously they found more sessile/flat serrated-type polyps. This time they found 7 small flat polyps — one 5 mm in the ascending colon and six tiny 1–4 mm polyps in the transverse colon — and removed them all. So while 7 still sounds like a lot, for me this feels like a pretty good result because the numbers are down and they were all small. Over the last few years I’ve been exercising more consistently — cardio, strength training, and some fasting/skipping breakfast and lunch. I know SPS is considered strongly genetic/familial, and I’m not claiming lifestyle has cured anything. But I do wonder whether improving insulin sensitivity, inflammation, weight, fitness, and general metabolic health might help slow things down a bit. Either way, the big win is surveillance. These flat polyps can be easy to miss and can become risky over time, so regular colonoscopies are what keep the risk controlled. For now: 7 removed, good bowel prep, repeat in 1 year. I’ll take that."

"My wife has had painful slipping rib syndrome, she has had to be careful, and experiment, but after about 1 year, her symptoms have decreased almost to the point where it doesnt affect her anymore. Strength training has helped immensely. I will put in here what type of strength training and which muscle groups were the most help by trial and error."

"Follow-up on the P2290 diagnostics: after installing a calibrated fuel temperature sensor and clearing fault memory, I logged a highway pull with the same conditions that triggered limp mode before. Rail pressure tracked the target curve (~165,000 kPa peak) and injector control pressure no longer dipped. Idle stabilized around 25,000 kPa and the ECM stayed fault-free through a 20 minute drive. The reconditioned HPFP and the budget LPFP continue to perform correctly when the ECU sees clean sensor data."
